The NPSA Community Forum is a members-only online discussion board where portable storage companies ask questions and share information with peers. NPSA says it brings business and industry conversations into one organized place, so members can work together and learn from each other.
Why it matters
NPSA launched the forum in 2021 and sets it up with 12 categories, such as Safety, Portable Storage Trailers, Container Modifications and Vendor Reviews. Regular members have full access. Associate members have full, view-only or no access depending on the category, and they cannot see Vendor Reviews. This keeps talk candid and free of direct sales. A common mistake is to post in the wrong category. Pick the category first. Access is by invitation, so members can email NPSA for one. Share experience, not private customer data. Keep posts free of direct sales pitches, and do not name customers.
