What this website collects

This website collects only what you choose to send in a form:

• Request a quote form: your first and last name, the delivery city and state, your email, your phone number, the unit and rental length you select, your message, and your consent to be contacted.
• Contact form: your first and last name, your email, your phone number, your message, and your consent to be contacted.

When you send a form, the website passes your entries to NPSA by email. NPSA uses them to answer you. A quote request goes to NPSA so that a member company that serves your area can contact you.

Cookies, tracking and third parties

• This website does not load advertising or analytics tracking scripts.
• Fonts and images load from this website, not from outside services.
• Videos stay as a picture until you click play. Then the video loads from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
• Links to the member portal, join forms, event registration and the Community Forum go to NPSA's member platform and forum, which have their own terms.

NPSA privacy policy

NPSA does not sell member or non-member information to unrelated third parties. NPSA does make member contact information available to other members including vendor members and affiliated state associations.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
