How exhibiting works
An unparalleled opportunity to make and solidify relationships
Exhibitors present the most up-to-date products and services to portable storage providers from around the world. The show is an unparalleled opportunity to make and solidify relationships through person-to-person communications and marketing.
In 2026, more than 60 exhibitors were expected. The trade show was held in Exhibit Hall E at the JW Marriott San Antonio, and several meal functions were also held in the exhibition hall. 10' x 10' booths were available, and exhibitors could use table-top or full booth displays. Space was also available for larger equipment, including the outdoor patio.

Booth prices for the 2026 show
Booth fees were based on the square footage of your booth and included conference admission for one person, pipe & drape, signage, one 6' draped table, two chairs and security. Subletting of booths is not allowed. Each exhibitor registered separately for their space.
NPSA published these prices as a preliminary schedule for the 2026 show. 2027 prices are not published yet.

NPSA contracted with Freeman for exhibition services. Exhibitors ordered electric and AV from Encore through its Event Now site.

How much did a booth cost in 2026?
The preliminary 2026 schedule listed a 10 x 10 booth at $2,195, a 10 x 20 at $2,995 and a 20 x 20 at $3,995, up to $8,995 for a 40 x 40. Outdoor 20 x 20 space was $1,795. 2027 prices are not published yet.
