When is the next NPSA Conference & Trade Show?
The 2027 Conference & Trade Show runs April 4-6, 2027, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The awards ceremony is planned for the Paris hotel. NPSA lists the 2028 show for May 7-9, 2028, in Orlando, Florida.

What does a typical NPSA show include?
The 2026 San Antonio show is the best recent guide. It ran from a Saturday golf day through a Tuesday closing reception. The 2027 schedule may differ.

The 2026 show had more than 40,000 square feet of exhibit space and 20 hours of trade show time, with meals and events held in the hall.
What topics did past sessions cover?
Sessions leaned practical. The 2026 list included keynotes on relationships, integrity and generative AI. It also had business and leadership sessions. Two sessions on DOT compliance and growth came from Dan Greer of Eclipse DOT.
A session on refrigerated portable storage covered acquisition through end-of-life value. The Tuesday operators forum and roundtable closed the session day.
Past shows ran similar mixes. The 2024 Washington DC show included sessions on “cybersecurity to DOT compliance and sales performance.” If you want to propose a session for a future show, see the call for speakers. NPSA asks that your talk not be a sales pitch.
How much did registration cost in the past?
NPSA has not published 2027 prices. Past rates give a rough idea only.

For 2026, substitutions were allowed at any time. Cancellations after March 20, 2026, were not eligible for a refund. Read the 2027 terms when they appear. Dues and member categories are on the join page.
Who attends, and how many people come?
NPSA says attendees include business owners and decision makers. For 2026, NPSA expected “around 1,000 leaders in the industry.” That was an expectation before the event. NPSA did not publish a post-show attendance count.
For 2025 in Las Vegas, NPSA reported “70+ exhibitors” and “over 80,000 sq. ft.” of hall space.
How do you exhibit or sponsor?
Start with the exhibitor information and NPSA’s sponsor page. The sponsor page says 2027 annual sponsorship requests are accepted November 24, 2026, through January 31, 2027. Event sponsorships open February 1, 2027.
To see who exhibited in 2026, browse the sponsor and exhibitor directory. It groups companies by product category. That helps you judge who your neighbors might be.
Is it worth going?
Only you can answer that. Here is a plain way to decide:
- List the suppliers you want to meet in one place.
- List the topics your team needs, such as DOT rules or fleet pricing.
- Add up registration, travel and time away.
- Decide what result would make the trip pay off.
Members also get discounted event registration, according to NPSA’s benefits list.
What did hotels cost in the past?
NPSA has not named a 2027 hotel block or rate. Past years give a sense of range. These are old numbers.

The 2026 host hotel sold out. If the 2027 block opens, book early. Rates may also differ in Las Vegas, so wait for NPSA’s notice.
How did the 2025 and 2026 shows compare?
The 2025 show was in Las Vegas from April 5 to 8, 2025, at Paris Las Vegas. NPSA described it as “back at the Paris Las Vegas after 10 years.” Daymond John gave the keynote. The 2026 show moved to San Antonio and added outside demonstration booths.
That mix shows a pattern. NPSA changes cities, keynote speakers and some formats from year to year. The core stays steady: a trade show hall, sessions, receptions and the awards.
How do you get ready?
A little planning makes the days easier.
- Decide who from your team should go and what each person wants to learn.
- List the suppliers and member companies you want to meet. The 2026 directory is a starting point.
- Watch for the 2027 registration page and the hotel block notice.
- Check the Regular and Associate member options if you are not yet a member.
- Read NPSA’s event code of conduct before you go.
