2026 Fall Networking & Seminar, Milwaukee

Milwaukee played the perfect host for our 2026 Fall Networking and Seminar event! Customer loyalty expert and brand authority, Ken Schmidt, gave an excellent keynote where he drew from his time working for Harley-Davidson, which is famously based in Milwaukee. Schmidt was a senior executive at Harley-Davidson and largely responsible for their resurgence. Schmidt discussed what it takes to build tattoo-worthy customer relationships. Members and guests also heard from award-winning business coach and mentor, Carl Gould. Gould discussed how to unlock hidden value, build a company that scales and create differentiation.
