# exhibitor

An exhibitor is a company that rents booth space at a trade show to show its products or services. At the NPSA Conference and Trade Show, exhibitors are suppliers and service firms that want to meet portable storage operators face to face.

## Why it matters

NPSA's 2026 exhibitor page said the booth fee covered conference admission for one person, pipe and drape, signage, a draped table, two chairs and security. It also said subletting booths is not allowed and each exhibitor must register separately. Prices on that page were called preliminary, so check the current prospectus. Exhibitors range from container sellers to software and lock makers. A common mistake is to treat the booth as the whole plan. Set goals, train staff and follow up on every lead. Operators who visit can compare many suppliers in a short time.
