The 2027 NPSA Conference & Trade Show is April 4-6, 2027, at the Paris Las Vegas. The 2028 show is May 7-9, 2028, in Orlando, Florida. Registration and hotel details are published on this site when they open. Who attends NPSA events? Owners, managers and decision makers from companies that rent, sell or lease portable storage, plus the suppliers who serve them: container sellers and lessors, modifiers, trailer and delivery equipment makers, software, insurance and finance companies. How much does it cost to attend? Rates are set for each event. For the 2026 events, member registration was $645 early and $695 after the early bird date, non-member registration was $1,595, and a spouse or guest not in the industry was $395. 2027 rates are not published yet. How do I exhibit or sponsor? Exhibit booths range from 10 x 10 to large indoor and outdoor demonstration spaces. Annual sponsorship requests for 2027 are accepted November 24, 2026 through January 31, 2027, and event sponsorships open February 1, 2027.
